Parts of this service are done fairly well, but for the most part I am dissatisfied. I don't take writing reviews lightly, but my last three interior cleanings have been terrible. Each time, I order the Royal Treatment. I own a minivan and the front seat is cleaned satisfactorily. The middle seat is fair. This time they did not even bother to vacuum the third seat or luggage well. The rear window and two rear side windows were also left foggy and dirty. It was too late to correct the problem when I discovered the poor job. I won't go again without inspecting all parts of the vehicle before leaving.
I took my car in a month ago for a wash and wax. The job was spotty at best but whatever... if you want something some right, do it yourself! Right!?!
Quite possibly the worst car wash I've ever been to. The wait time was awful (I was the only person in line). The operator didn't know how to use the pressure washer so he wasn't able to spray the bugs off of my front bumper / grill. Once inside the wash my car barely even got any soap or water on it, in fact so portions of the car didn't even get wet during the wash. Overall a waste of money. I had to go to another car wash right after to actually get my car cleaned.
I will of course update should my mats be replaced but don't hold your breath... I called and spoke to Melissa. She has advised that I can pick up my floor mats on June 15th. I will update revie on that date.
After leaving I noticed that only one of the floor mats was placed back in my car. I called and was ask to come back which I did. After looking for my missing mats, I was told they would order me some new ones. I have since called four times and not once have I received a call back, nor have my mats been returned or replaced.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or do it yourself.
Car was not towel dried as I paid for set in sun and sun dried leaving soap spots everywhere... Just came off a trip and needed a god washing very dissatisfied with service I received!
Here I sit, 10 minutes after exiting the wash, which left my car wet with residual soap all over it, and nobody has come to do the towel dry that I paid for. There's 2 employees sitting out at the smoking area avoiding eye contact, and another inside playing on his phone. Piss poor, plain and simple. They use a pressure washer nozzle that's meant to clean driveways and patios as a means to get bugs off before you enter the wash, they skimp out on the soap and the wash BARELY cleans. Then the dryers cut off when the back half of the car has yet to get dried. It's just gotten worse and worse. If another decent wash opened in Richmond Hill, this place would go under very quickly.
