Unfortunate choice of office staff. ... can ruin a good doctors reputation and cause longterm patients to look elsewhere for assistance. I will miss my doctor and am heartbroken to be forced look for another not attached to this group.
It's an absolute pain just to get anyone to answer the phone, they double charged me my co-pay then their system apparently showed me as not being checked in at all. My mother and I go here for primary care and they are CONSISTENTLY 30-90 minutes late from scheduled appointment time. My mother said she doesn't even want to see the doctor anymore because the service we've received here is that bad. Their online system didn't work last time I tried logging in and for a long time the address tied to the Richmond Hill office was/is incorrect.
So disappointed. Bad ear ache and sinus issues. Called office at 10am, spoke to someone who said they would relay info and have someone call me back. 7:30 pm and haven't heard from anyone. If they couldn't see me just let me know and I could have gone elsewhere. Now have to wait until tomorrow or go to ED.
Wow! Called to try to make an appt. I'm terribly ill and 14 weeks pregnant. An according to the receptionist, because I'm a "new patient" because we are military and just moved to the area, they cannot see me until August! It is July 19th! If I was an "established patient" I could be seen sooner. Ridiculous. They told me to go to Urgent Care. Such caring people...not.
Great staff, excellent doctors. Husband and I have been coming here for years and have ALWAYS BEEN COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!! Now my children and mom come here.
This is without a doubt the single worst care provider I have ever visited.
