My wife is a graduate student and regularly uses UPS locations to print documents for school.
Employee was quick and efficient . Very helpful and friendly.
Moving and no fax capabilities
This location has an employee that is incredibly rude. My wife went in this morning around 8:30 (with our toddler). The employee working there was asleep on the counter, and was mad that my wife woke her up. My wife was asking about getting a document printed full page. The employee yelled at her and told her that it wasn't possible. My wife asked if she could come back later, and the employee yelled that the other employees couldn't help her either.
This place ripped me off. I had packages delivered and held here and they charged me $5 per package. No UPS has ever charged me anything to hold my package. Do not come here! They are cheap skates!
Hopefully the management/owners of the store can get rid of this employee. She should not be in customer service.
Guy who works here is a real jerk. Not to mention you have to pay $5 per package to pick up here. Robbery.
