This new owner is very disappointing and in over their head, as a small business fan I hope they learn to be honest to their customers because Richmond Hill is a small community.
Whether it was the new owner or their employee, the gentleman (used loosely) whom was taking the flower orders lacked integrity and flat out lied to his customers. Additionally their flowers looked worse than the daily special at Food Lion but cost three times as much.
Superb service, beautiful arrangement, and reasonably priced -to include delivery. Would recommend to anyone in the Savannah metropolitan area.
Beautiful fresh flowers, original designs, plants, bows, wreaths. Silk arrangements, this place has everything and the staff is very helpful, will make you what you want on the spot or pick something beautiful out of the case. Really amazing selection
Of course the owner is going to continue to lie, he seems to have an excuse for every bad review. The best thing I did was get a dozen of red roses from Food Lion for $19.99, they looked a lot better and I didn't have to deal with unprofessional business owner.
My bouquet was beyond what I had imagined. She worked with me to make sure the colors and types of flowers were what I wanted and from there she created the bouquet of my dreams. The flowers were vibrant and fresh! Thanks Gabby, you made my day that much more beautiful!!!

I recently had a horrible experience at Flowers by Rose and it seemed odd since I had nothing but great service and great flowers in the past. But after reading the past posts it made sense that there was a recent ownership change.
