I went here for my senior prom, my senior year. Got a prom package or something I think, either way it came with a hair style and makeup. It was my senior prom so I was hoping I'd look great and feel great, sadly it was an opposite experience here. I showed my stylist a picture of my updo I wanted. It was nothing too hard seeing as I got the same hair style from this place my junior year and it turned out amazing! I believe that stylist moved in to better places. So the hair style was attabtinable. Instead of giving me what I wanted, she did some curly to the side updo. UGLY. I didn't want to make her feel bad but it was horrible and I hated it. It looked like an updo with curled pieces of hair sticking out on one side. THEN the makeup started, I was asked to bring my own in. I should've stopped there and did my own because I'm pretty good at makeup, but I was hoping I could get it professionally done and be flawless. Nooo. It looked like something I could do when I was in elementary school. I went home and redid it myself. I had a horrible day, I didn't feel confident or good about anything I got this day. Prom season is around the corner. So go somewhere else if you want to look and feel good. Also the hairstylist I requested did not do my hair that day....
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new haircut and color!!! Connie is the absolute BEST when it comes to color correction! After having a horrendous highlight job, she was able to salvage it and make it look natural again (even though "natural" for me is gray, she covered all that as well. LOL!). I had been wearing my hair past my shoulders for some time, so I was ready for a change there as well. She cut it to a nice, youthful, simple bob. I was ready for my annual spring cruise. On the cruise I got so many compliments from friends I do not get to see but once a year, I was thrilled. Several of them commented how I actually look more like 34 than my almost 51 years. You will NOT be sorry by hiring Connie to do your hair. You will be however, if you go to anyone else.
The salon was smaller and dinkier than I expected. Everyone was very friendly, but my hair ended up looking like a 5 year old on her first day of beauty school cut it. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed because I didn't want it messed up any more. I have a very easy haircut, nothing complicated, but that was too much to ask for at this salon.
I was ready to give up and accept that I could only have dark hair because every time I tried to have someone lighten it up, it always turned out so orange and unnatural looking. I gave Milan a shot, as I am new to the area. My stylist lightened my hair up with highlights all over and toned the highlights with the right color toner! First time anyone has ever done that with my hair! I will be back when it's time for a touch up
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! I went and got my haircut done here and she just took a big chunk out of my left side and didn't touch the other.. I went in and asked for my money back because that's not acceptable but she looked at me like it was my fault?! That's your job to cross check and make sure your client likes it before you send them home! WOW! If only I could upload a picture of the "master piece"
