Dr Webb is awesome but his office and their policies suck!!!
My children have been going here for years. I'm having problems with my insurance which I spoke with people in the office. And instead they sent a certified letter and stated they were going to a collection agency and my child cannot see Dr Webb anymore and they were putting a noration on the chart so if we go to another pediatrician they would know. I have been working my hardest with the damn insurance company and because I can't give them $500 my child has no doctor to go too. Which I dropped this insurance company and got another
We have gone here for 6 years and never had a bad experience. From the reception all the way to checkout, everybody is amazing.
I just moved here for my husband's federal job and will be bringing four children to pediatrics. I had to wait a month to get my less than 3 month old in. The front desk receptionists weren't super friendly at our first office visit and just could care less about you or your kids. The next week I scheduled an appointment for my 2 year old's well check initial visit. I had that the appointment was at 10. I worked hard to get my infant and toddler ready and to the office appointment visit on time with all our initial paperwork filled out and ready to save time. We got stuck by a train and arrived five minutes after 10 after hurrying to get them into the stroller and into the office. Any mother of young children will appreciate this struggle. I get in there, get no greeting, my personal greeting is ignored as I sign in, hand the receptionist the paperwork and sit down to wait. Then she tries to tell me they took us off the schedule because it was scheduled for 9:00. Then she finally says it was 9:45. I found the email that confirmed that which I had confused with an appointment for myself at their other office. I had already stated about the train and other complications which they ignored. Then she pretended to go and ask if we could still be seen to come back and say we had to reschedule. For me, a front desk receptionist at a doctor's office should be understanding and kind since they are the first faces the "clients" see. These need to be fired ASAP. They were rude and inconsiderate and unkind. They were too use cooing over another new baby to even listen to my concerns and even waited to tell me I couldn't be seen. Just unacceptable. I may be finding a new pediatrician and not coming back which means you lost four new patients with great insurance...hard to find these days.
We see Dr. Webb and he's an amazing caring doctor. Never rushes you and truly listens to every concern. He worked with us to keep my daughter out of the hospital and at home where she could heal. He made sure to see her every day for a few days to get us to a good point with her issue. Couldn't be happier with the him and never had an issue with staff.
My loves Dr. Elam, he is great with my son mages him feel comfortable and safe takes him time and talks to my child as well as myself
