A salesman named Jonathan sold me flooring for my house and assured me quality. Well, an assurance was all I got. He sent a mexican flooring crew to my house who looked VERY unprofessional and quite frankly, I was kind of afraid for my safety and the safety of my belongings. I paid top dollar and they sent bottom dollar and pocketed the difference. I've heard good things about the other salesman that work there, but steer clear of Jonathan. Buyer beware.
Sad, I would like to help a local store but if that is the level of customer service I will shop elsewhere.

Went to purchase tile for a bathroom remodel. Spoke to Jonathan....went back 4 days later to return samples and get a quote/place my order....three other employees where there but Jonathan was not. Two female employees could hardly put their cell phones down to help me...I had to turn the lights on in the show room myself...they had no clue I was even in the building. I finally go to them and say "I would like to order tile" I was given a piece of paper to write down what I want so they could give to Jonathan...well surprise...No one has contacted me and now the deadline that I need it is fastly approaching and they have yet to contact me...

Great experience, service, and product! The store itself has a selection that rivals the big chains, and the staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The product was installed at my home the day after it arrived in store. The installers were top notch and did a perfect job!
