I used to bring all my shirts here. It is usually a set of 15 shirts. One of the shirts came with something melted on it. We informed them that they are the ones that got that thing stucked on my shirt. They offered to clean it for no charge. When we got there to pick the shirts up, not only they charged us, but they told that they were not the responsibles for that thing stucked on my shirt, so basically they told me I was lying. The charge to clean that up is US$ 2.33. Come on. On a set of 15 shirts, do they really think I wanted to have just one clenwd for free? Not only that, it has been years that I take my shirts there, so let's suppose that they were not the ones that got my shirt dirty, just for the customer satisfaction, they should cleaned for free. Now, because US$ 2,33 they lost a customer that spent more than US$ 40,00 per week.
They ruined a $400 comforter from Pottery Barn and blamed it on me when I came in to pick it up. Horrible service. Will never repeat business or recommend people to them.

Bad Impression: They completely ruined a $65.00 Calvin Kline silk tie when pressing. I only wore it once, the tag on the back was actually frayed from the pressure they put on it when they pressed it. They also starched and laundered three $110 silk Tommy Bahamas Camp shirts that were supposed to be dry cleaned. One was very badly stained from their chemicals. After 2 redo's they starched them again! Finally, 2 of the 3 shirts are good but the third still has traces of stains from their cleaning solution. The owner of the store refuses to make it right first blaming his counter girl and then blaming me saying the stains were on the shirt before cleaning. I lay out every shirt on their counter BEFORE cleaning to point out any stains, there is no question this damage was caused by Bad-Impressions Day Cleaners. They didn't even refund the money they charged me(cleaning charge) to ruin the tie and the shirt. The owner of this place is not a very good business man, I give them a lot of business and if he would just step up and make it right all would be forgiven. But, refusing to take responsibility for damages his business did to my clothes and refusing to refund the charges for the cleaning is not good business. I won't be back.
