They can’t even take orders without placing you on hold for 10-15 minutes. Stay Away. Be warned that they do not care for your time, and do not have enough people to even take orders. Don’t even want to think about where else they are probably cutting corners. Yuk!!! Stay Far Away! My family and I will not recommend.

I ordered 16 buffalo wings, not even close.The whole bottom of the pizza was burnt, as well. I mean, it is a chain pizza joint, I get that, but what I don't get is shorting me several wings and burning a pizza that I just spent $30 on.
First off, I would like to thank the manager (Ricky) for making the issue right. I placed a pickup order for two large thin crust. The employee was rude when answering simple topping questions. I was told a total with no time for pickup. My wife went to the store 40 minutes later to get our order as the same rude employee attempted to find our order which, she took. She informed my wife that they didn't have our order nor were they tracking our order. I spoke with the manager on the phone and he saw where the employee had voided out the order. I once again thanked the manager for his efforts to make the situation right.
