It has been just great 'til I spoke with a tech that seemed to have a harsh & negative attitude over the phone.
I have been using publix pharmacy since we moved to Ga from Oregon and I have always been very satisfied with service. I had to have major surgery and my husband went to pick up our daughter medication and they gave him the wrong one. I even talked to the pharmacy tech prior. We have purchased it several times before it was 10.00 co pay. They charged my husband 50.00 which we didn't have due to unexpected surgery. I called the pharmacy immediately after my husband got home and he went to take it back and they wouldn't. It was the attitude and the way my husband was treated. Will not be using this pharmacy again.
Local, convenient and they were able to fill my prescriptions quickly.

Everybody has been nice & professional over the phone & in person until 'till I spoke with this tech this week. I'm very disappointed with this person's "attitude" who doesn't seem to know how to handle customer relations or communicate well. Just to give an example...at the end I said thank you at the end & she said in sarcastic way, "No, thank you. A little apologies or appreciation for using their pharmacy.
This is a convenient place to have prescriptions filled. They are professional and caring.
