Called this company yesterday & they were supposed to come out today before or around 1:00. My husband took off work this morning to be here when he got here. He called me at 11:30 to tell me he couldn't come today & asked if he could come tomorrow. We have water leaking & now we are having to call someone else. This is not very professional. I know things happen & people get caught up. If he knew he was going to be busy today, he should have told us so we could have had someone else come out today when my husband took the time off work. Not very happy about this!
Highly recommended. Had a major issue with main sewer line and Mr. Stafford and Van wouldn't stop until the issue was resolved.
