Best experience I've ever had at a car lot. Not a typical car lot where the salesman pushes you into buying. I got a fair deal on my trade in as well as the new car I bought. I haven't had any problems with the vehicle I purchased and it runs like new! I strongly recommend this dealership!
J Martin Auto has a small selection, however, the selection is of good quality. All of the cars in the lot were clean and of good quality. The lot is easy to find and is a short drive off i-95. The staff is excellent. They have a very good sense of humor and really try to personalize the buying experience. They are also very friendly and have great personalities. They did not hesitate to tell me everything they replaced on the vehicle I bought and the things they told me they knew about the vehicle were accurate. I really liked how they did not lie to me as some small car lots would try to do. They seemed very knowledgeable about cars. I would not hesitate to do business with them again and overall I rate 5 star. I recommend shopping at J Martin Auto.
Jamie was great to buy my Toyota Rav4 from! When we test drove it, we realized that the moon roof did not work. We reported it to him, and he fixed it no questions as for us before we bought the car! He also serviced the car before we brought it home as well. He even filled up the gas tank to full and painted the hitch on the car to make it look great as extras. Such a nice and honest guy to deal with. I never, ever felt like I was at a car dealership. There was none of that pushy, car-salesman like talk at all. He was open, honest, very knowledgeable about each of the cars. When the time comes for me to need another car, I will definitely return to J Martin Auto Broker to look for another.
