Dr. Paul is a knowledgeable and skilled dentist. He will treat you with respect and not advise unessary treatments.
Is the Hygienist’s job not to clean teeth?!? Apparently if you don’t have the money from the Xray the service isn’t worth your time. Simply the rudest.....

My children and I went into Dr. Paul's, and he greeted us, along with other staff members. The office is very clean and the decor was warm and inviting. The location is very easy to find. We are military and I am always skeptical when trying to find a new dentist because we move so much, finding a dentist that I like for my kids and myself can be a challenge. The process was quick, the staff was very friendly and attentive, and Dr. Paul is a very kind and caring dentist. That was my impression, and I don't get impressed very easily. I am not from the south, but customer service is interpreted a little different here than I am used to, very laid back, nonchalant and in my experience not usually great customer service. I didn't have that problem here. I was very pleased with the customer service I received and I loved the fact that I wasn't feeling pressured or felt that the dentist was looking for things to pile up my bill. These types of dentists do exist, but I think Dr. Paul and his staff are genuine and my kids 4 and 9, loved it, especially my 4 year old. My mother-in-law booked for the following day because she thought they were so great. She had the same experience at her appointment. I recommend Dr. Paul's to anyone, they are military friendly, children and family friendly, as well as senior friendly. Go see them! That's where we'll be until the Army sends us somewhere else! My family has been going to Dr. Paul since moving to Richmond Hill last year, and have had nothing but positive experiences. Today went beyond that, as our son had an accident on a Sunday and hit his teeth. Dr. Paul and his wife came in on a Sunday afternoon and spent several hours taking care of our son. I cannot stress how impressive this was or how appreciative we are of their efforts. His wife even sat with us in the waiting area, chatting about possible outcomes and life in general and basically just lowering the stress level of two parents worried about their child and his health. Thank you, Dr. Paul and Barbara, and we will recommend you high and far.

Apparently because I refuse to have a full exposure to xray radiation I can’t have a cleaning. There isn’t anything wrong with my teeth, and the last time they gave me an xray they told me all the suspected cavities were actually fillings from when I was a kid. And this time they told me they wanted to see how my cavities were.

PS last time I came I was in misery from the rough cleaning from the Hygienist who told me I had one of the cleanest mouths she ever worked on.
