Drew, Jen and Joni continue to do an excellent job managing my property. Their management fee is very reasonable and the work they contract when necessary is as well. A savvy team that clearly has the long term in mind. All of my experiences with them make them easy to recommend.
Drew and his Team have helped us Rent, Buy and Sell our homes! He is wonderful to work with and really takes the time to listen to all your concerns. Buying and Selling can be stressful but his team is there to help in any way they can. I will definitely use Drew and his Team again!
Drew and his team, (Joni) are great to work with. We had to rent out our house, and in a hurry. Joni went the extra mile for us and got it all done really quickly. We needed paint, carpet, some new appliances and several handyman type fixes. She coordinated all of this in a few days, and at reasonable prices, so our new tenants could move in. No lost income! We are so happy we are going to keep renting and not sell out home. I highly recommend.

FYI anyone looking for property manager STEER CLEAR OF DREW DOHENY TEAM. i have had nothing but attitude and problems from the minute they took over our house (2 years) please pm me for details..way too many to list. but to top it off i had a neighbor go to our house today (which has been empty now for 2 months) and the girl who sent me pics after weeks of requesting left all the lights in the house on,the air on 73 and the door open. she knew we wouldnt be back for a few months and now our electric bill
We have been using Drew and his team as a property management company for our house for almost 2 years now, and we definitely recommend him as a realtor or property management team. They are always easy to contact and reach out to us immediately with any tenant concerns or issues. With the recent hurricane that came through the area, it was great knowing that we had someone nearby to assess and take care of any damage to the property (luckily just minor landscaping damage!) and the peace of mind is immeasurable. We only wish that we had known him when we bought our house in the first place!
