Laura Hare was pleasant to work with at The Hupman Group and was proficient as my closing coordinator. She set up my home inspection and termite inspection with ease. Laura was very informative through the process of my buyer's checklist. She is detailed and organized with information and is quick to send guidance or updates as she gets them or as needed. Laura was efficient in explaining things as well as listening to some of my rants and tangents that didn't even pertain to her. She also linked me with updater that assisted with transferring utilities and changing my home address easy. Laura also saved the day on moving day by sending us a Papa Johns pizza on moving day which was perfect as I did not have the desire nor time to cook. I too would recommend her as a closing coordinator as she too represents herself and the company professionally.

I just want to let you know that Jay Mills at The Hupman Group is by far awesome! He is more than a realtor, he is your buyer agent that works solely for your best interest for your wants and needs. Jay is very professional at all times and will listen to any rants or frustrations you have and turn it into positive results as I now know can be quite stressful. He also takes the time to investigate any questions or concerns you have that he may not have an answer to and gets back with you right away. All the recommendations Jay made have all been successful. He makes himself available and is very welcoming during all interactions in person, phone calls, texts, and through emails. Even after closing on the home he has made himself available for my questions. Jay represents not only himself but the company very well. He assisted in my biggest dream come true for my family. My wife and I had a very pleasant experience buying our new home. Laura and Tara made the whole process look so smooth.
